The yaki tori is one of our favorite Japanese foods. The sauce is delicious, and the juicy and tender chicken, we go for a plate to suck your fingers that could not be missing among our collection of Ethnic Recipes.

Here are the steps and ingredients of an easy and quick recipe to prepare the Japanese yaki tori beach at home.

Ingredients (2 people)

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 10 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sake
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Sunflower oil

Elaboration

  1. Mix in a casserole, 10 tablespoons of water, soy sauce, sugar, sake and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Cut the breasts into cubes.
  3. In a wok we cook the breasts with an edge of sunflower oil (it calculates about 7-10 min).
  4. Add the sauce to the breasts and mix for about 3 more minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the chicken with sesame seeds (optional).
  6. We can serve the chicken on wooden skewers as an appetizer or serve it with rice as the main course.
